Operation 36 Golf at Red Bridge Golf Club

New Students and Returning Level 1 & 2

Junior Beginner Spring Semester

March 17, 2026 – May 5, 2026
Tuesdays 4:00pm to 5:00pm

Ages 6-16.
Embark on a golf adventure with our 8-Week Junior Beginner Program, ideal for young newcomers and those in Levels 1 & 2 (25 & 50 yards) of Operation 36. This program blends fun and learning, making it the perfect introduction to the world of golf.

Weekly Coaching Classes (8 Weeks).
Our interactive group classes, based on the Operation 36 Curriculum, make golf learning engaging and easy for your child. We cover 12 skills across 6 levels, ensuring a comprehensive introduction to the game.

Operation 36 Play Days (4 Events).
Experience real golf with our structured 9-Hole Play Days. Starting from 25-yard holes at Level 1, these play days encourage your junior to shoot a score of 36, progressing to larger distances as they improve.

Semester Cost – $380 (New Participant)
Returning players $340.

Level 3 & Up

Junior Intermediate Spring Semester

March 17, 2026 – May 5, 2026
Tuesdays 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Ages 6-16.
Continue your juniors golf journey with our 8-Week Junior Intermediate Program, ideal for juniors in Levels 3 & up of Operation 36. This program blends fun and learning, making it the perfect introduction to the world of golf.

Adults Ages 18+

Get Golf Ready for Adults

March 18, 2026 – April 8, 2026
Wednesday’s – 5:30 to 6:30pm

Structured Coaching
Adults Ages 18+. Engaging group instruction and games to make learning fun. Weekly group classes learning the basic fundamentals of golf.

When and What:

  • Class #1 March 18th: Full Swing, posture, grip, alignment and full swing with an iron
  • Class#2 March 25th: Short game basics for chipping
  • Class#3 April 1st: Full swing fundamentals for Fairway woods and Driver
  • Class#4 April 8th: Putting Fundamentals, distance control and green reading

Semester Cost $80
Includes four 60-minute classes.

Director of Instruction

Greg Bare

Greg is originally from Orlando, FL, and is a third generation Golf Professional and instructor with both his father and grandfather serving as PGA professionals. He has worked alongside notable Teachers, including Sean Foley (Tiger Woods former teacher), where he was Head Coach at Sean Foley’s Elite Junior Core Golf Academy. Greg has also served as Director of Instruction for the City of Orlando. In 2018, he moved to Charlotte and taught at GolfTEC and was awarded Teacher of the Year in 2023 for the entire GolfTEC company (over 200 locations). Greg enjoys working with all levels of golfers and specializes in long term player development.

Mark Davis

Mark grew up in Shelby, NC, where he played in High School and continued into college at UNC-Charlotte. After school, he played professionally for 4 years. His playing accomplishments included qualifying for the 1990 US and making the 2nd round of match play. He had a professional win on the Hooters Tour in 1991 while carding a course record 63 at Harbor Hills. Mark made it to the final stage of PGA Tour Q-school in 1992 qualifying him for the Nike Tour (current Korn Ferry Tour) in 1993. Mark entered the golf business in 1995 and has been teaching ever since. He has gone to several PGA teaching workshops and worked with some of the most notable teachers in the Carolina’s to help improve his knowledge and teaching skills. His playing experience and passion for the game lend to helping players of all ages and skill levels reach their full potential.

Mark Williams

Mark, otherwise known as “Chaos”, grew up in Liberty, NC where he played every sport in high school other than golf. He decided to venture into the Golf Business by attending Campbell University, where he received his PGA of America Membership. After attending Campbell, his career has taken him all over NC. With stops at New Bern Golf & Country Club, Taberna Country Club, and North Ridge Country Club. His specialties around instruction include Short Game, Course Management, and Playing Lessons. Green reading is one of his strongest assets while playing or helping his students out. He has a unique ability to make golf fun and improve your golf game at the same time.

Timmy Adams

Timmy is local to the Charlotte area having grown up on the east side of town and attended Independence High School where he excelled in baseball. He was good enough that he played baseball professionally for a few years following high school. He then started pursuing his golf passion and following in the footsteps of his grandfather, who was a long time professional at Fort Mill Golf Club. Timmy is an excellent athlete and has taken that ability to become a very good golfer quickly. He regularly plays in mini-tour events to help pursue his golf career.  He has helped coach local school golf teams and gives lots of lessons to many of the players.
