Red Bridge Golf and Country Club is a members-only club for golfers and non-golfers alike. At what will quickly become one of the elite private clubs in the Charlotte metro area, only a very limited number of memberships are available to non-residents. The Social Membership allows homeowners access to all the Country Club amenities, including the beautiful clubhouse, spa, pools, fitness center and tennis courts. The separate Golf Membership assumes the Social Membership as well and allows golfers full access to the magnificent course as well as the complete practice facility. Membership Packages
Golf Membership
A Golf Membership allows the use of the eighteen-hole golf course, golf practice facilities, golf clubhouse and activity center and to attend club-sponsored events held at the Club Facilities on a space available basis upon payment of the applicable membership fee and Club fees. Golf Members shall not be charged green fees for the use of the golf and tennis facilities, but shall pay golf cart fees, personal charges incurred at Red Bridge Golf & Country Club and all other Club Fees established by the Club. The payment of dues by Golf Members allows use of the golf practice facilities without any additional fees or charges. Golf Members shall have such advance sign-up privileges to reserve golf starting times and tennis court times as may be established by the Club from time to time. Although subject to change at the Club's sole discretion, Golf Members will initially enjoy fourteen-day advance sign-up privileges to reserve golf starting times. Golf Members shall have the opportunity to participate in any club-sponsored golf tournaments on a space available basis and to the use of lockers and the golf bag storage facility on a space available basis upon payment of applicable fees.

Corporate Golf Membership
A Corporate Golf Membership is available to on-going, active, operating businesses and shall be held in the name of a company, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, trust or other form of business ownership (collectively, the "company"). A company formed for the purpose of acquiring a Corporate Golf Membership shall not qualify. The company, as the actual member and owner of the Corporate Golf Membership, may designate up to four designees to use the membership use privileges. The designee(s) of the membership use privileges must be an officer, director, partner, owner or employee of the company, must submit an Application for Use Privileges and be approved by the Club. The company shall be responsible for the payment of the required membership fee. Each designee shall have the same use privileges as a Golf Member and shall pay the same dues and other Club Fees as a Golf Member. Both the company and the designee of the membership use privileges shall be jointly and severally liable for the payment of all Club Fees incurred by the designee, immediate family members and their guests.
The company may change the designee(s) of the membership use privileges at any time during the membership year upon approval of the new designee by the Club and the payment of the applicable non-refundable change of designee fee to the Club.
Membership Fee (Non-Refundable): $25,000.00* (Up to 4 designees)
Sports Membership
A Sports Membership allows the use of the golf clubhouse and activity center and to attend certain designated club-sponsored non-golf events on a space available basis upon payment of the applicable membership fee and Club Fees. Sports Members shall not be charged court fees for use of the tennis facilities, but shall pay personal charges incurred at Red Bridge Golf & Country Club and all other Club Fees established by the Club. Sports Members shall have such advance sign-up privileges to reserve tennis court times as may be established by the Club from time to time. Sports Members shall not have access to use the golf course or golf practice facilities, except as a guest of a member in accordance with the Club's guest policy and payment of applicable guest fees or as a daily-fee user as long as such use is permitted by the Club.
Membership Fee (Non-Refundable): $1,850.00*
The actual dues, fees and charges for Golf Membership, Corporate Golf Memberships and Sports Membership shall be established by Red Bridge Golf & Country Club, LLC prior to the opening of the various facilities. Dues shall commence one month prior to the opening of the golf course.
All membership fees are subject to change without notice from time to time and to all applicable state of North Carolina taxes.
